One of the worst Hospital in Siliguri. When I went last time for my father, the RMO was drunk (RMO Name - Dr. Kalyan Kr. deb). RMO, Manager & all the stafs everyone behaves badly. There, technicians decide whether the patient needs dialysis or not. Then I shout on the technician. After that next day RMO (Kalyan Kr Deb) told me yesterday something happened with the technician ???? RMO indirectly threatened me. So I requesting to all of you please don't admit on this hospital.

The service in this hospital is very good. The staff here are amazing. Various experienced doctors are present here. The hospital premises are very clean. The behavior of the staff is good. Canteen service should be introduced here. Here you can treat your family.

Kins Hospital meets every good expectation and goes beyond. The treatment, the services, the care, the hygiene - all contribute to making the patients and their loved ones feel heard, valued, respected and cared for, and is therefore very conducive to healing. The doctors actually take time to listen to the patients' ailments, and provide good diagnoses and treatments, discuss with and explain everything to the patients, the nurses are very prompt in caring for the patients, besides being kind and empathetic to the patients, the food provided is good in quality, the cleanliness of the surroundings is impeccable, the testing services are quick and efficient, etc.

Only Doctor's diagnosis and treatment are good here, But other things like cleanliness, nurse behaviour are not good. The service charges, Lab test charges and Pharmacy bills are exorbitant. Unnecessary pharmacy purchase will inflate the bills. If one treatment can be done at 1Lakh (not package )ready to pay 2.5 lakh here, but only good thing is that other big name nursing home in Siliguri will charge you 5 lakhs

Hospital is neat and clean. Staffs are also good. But drs are irregular and very difficult to meet Dr and get feedback. ICU bills are in higher side. Hospital ranking moderate.
